BEAST PLAY

Beast Play ("Beast Play," "we," "us," or "our") is a neon arcade game built around tile-reveal gameplay, including a Main Campaign mode and a Daily Matrix Core mode. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and the choices available to you. Beast Play does not require an account to play, does not display third-party advertising within the app, and nothing earned in the app has any real-world monetary value.

Beast Play uses tile-reveal mechanics and marketing language such as "multiplier" and "overload" to describe how in-round bonus score builds up. This language describes skill-based gameplay mechanics only. Beast Play does not involve wagering, betting, or games of chance played for monetary stakes.

2.1 Personal Data

Beast Play does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play. If you contact us for support, we will have the email address you send your message from.

2.2 Technical Data

• Device model, operating system version, and language settings
• A unique app-instance identifier
• Advertising identifier (ad_id / IDFA) — held until you reset or delete it yourself in your device's privacy settings; we do not clear it on our own initiative (see Section 9, Data Retention)
• Approximate location, derived from your IP address at city or region level, not precise GPS location
• Crash reports and diagnostic logs

2.3 Usage Data

• Main Campaign sector runs, including tiles revealed, lives used, score, and completion time
• Daily Matrix Core rounds, including tiles picked and bonus score gained
• Achievement progress and completion events
• Purchases made in the shop using Arcade Power
• Session length and app-open frequency

2.4 On-Device Data

The following is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us except as described above:

• Arcade Power balance
• Sector and campaign progress across the 33-level Main Campaign map
• Daily Login Matrix streak status and claimed rewards
• Daily Matrix Core overload streak and daily pick history
• Statistics, including total runs, average run time, best score, best streak, win/loss ratio, and grid accuracy
• Recent match history
• Shop perk inventory (e.g. extra lives, additional time, yield boosts, protective pulses)
• Sound, music, and haptics preferences

We use the information described above to maintain your sector progress, Arcade Power balance, and shop items accurately; to understand which modes and features are used so we can balance difficulty; to measure which install source led to your download; to send optional push notifications, where you have enabled them; and to diagnose and resolve technical issues. We do not sell your personal information.

Beast Play and its associated web properties may utilise cookies, local storage, and comparable tracking mechanisms to remember your preferences, authenticate sessions, and understand aggregate usage trends. You retain full control over cookie acceptance through your device or browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may limit specific app features or reduce the personalised experience we can offer.

Beast Play does not display third-party advertising. Your advertising identifier, collected via Firebase, is used solely for install attribution and marketing-performance analytics, and is never used for in-app ad targeting or personalization, as no advertising is shown.

Arcade Power is Beast Play's virtual in-app currency. Arcade Power is earned by completing Main Campaign sectors, claiming Daily Login Matrix rewards, and playing Daily Matrix Core rounds. Arcade Power has no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn for cash or any other form of compensation.

Arcade Power may be spent in the shop on perks including extra lives, additional time, yield boosts, and protective pulses. These purchases assist with gameplay only and involve no real money.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your data:

• Access — request a summary of the data we hold in connection with your device or session.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data associated with your device.
• Deletion — request deletion of data linked to your device.
• Portability — request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Objection — object to specific processing activities, such as attribution analytics.
• Restriction — request that we limit how your data is processed.
• Withdrawal of consent — opt out of push notifications or analytics collection at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.

Beast Play does not currently include chat, photo upload, or public profile features. There is no user-generated content to moderate at this time. Should social or content-sharing features be introduced in a future update, this Policy will be updated accordingly and standard content-moderation practices will apply.

Beast Play is not directed at children under the age of 13, or the applicable minimum age in your region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

We may update this Policy from time to time as Beast Play evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
